I am a fully qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist and trauma specialist working from a private welcoming room in Chippenham.
I provide one-to-one counselling for adults of all ages with a wide range of problems including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, loss and abuse.
I work integratively and holistically, meaning I use a variety of different techniques, based on your individual needs. I offer short-term and long-term therapy and always at your own pace.
I believe counselling is for everyone and at times in our lives when we feel alone or that no-one really listens or understands, I can provide a warm, safe, non-judgemental space for you to find new ways of coping or to come to a place of better understanding and clarity. It is a time set aside just for you and we will work together to bring you to a place of improved mental health and well-being.

Training and Experience
I hold a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and am a Certified Complex Trauma Professional (CCTP2) I am a registered member of the BACP
I have worked as a volunteer for a local counselling agency, where I worked with a range of clients. I have also worked within the NHS Mental Health Sector.
As a Certified Complex Trauma Professional, I am trained to help clients who suffer with trauma-related symptoms which can be either physical or psychological. These may present as nightmares, flashbacks, avoidance behaviours, addictions, dissociation or body-related symptoms like migraines, stomach issues, muscle pain or extreme fatigue. Working with a trauma specialist can help to address these often distressing symptoms.
